Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, English, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a communications, PR, or marketing support role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong editing and proofreading abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content creation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of internal and external communication plans.
• Draft and edit company announcements, newsletters, presentations, and other communication materials.
• Support the management of corporate social media channels and online presence.
• Help coordinate PR activities, including media outreach and event support.
• Maintain the company's intranet and other internal communication platforms.
• Monitor media coverage and industry trends, reporting key findings.
• Respond to internal and external inquiries, ensuring timely and professional communication.
• Support the communications team in crisis communication preparedness and response.
• Organize and coordinate company events and meetings.
• Maintain an organized filing system for all communication-related documents.
