• B degree or equivalent tertiary qualification.
• 5 years in Procurement with commodity experience and strong financial acumen.
• Proven track record delivering sourcing strategies and competitive advantage.
• Ability to lead projects.
• Experience in risk management, responsible sourcing and supplier relations.
• Strong negotiation and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide Local Business Partner with information and requirements gathered from daily business.
• Understand business needs within commodity environment at functional and plant level.
• Retrieve, analyze and map data on ordering (S2P) and channels, and identify improvements.
• Interface with local suppliers for supplier development or switches as directed.
• Work with HOP and Business partners to integrate sourcing plans into budgets and price planning processes.
• Ensure monthly accuracy of commodity price outlook with category teams and partners.
• Integrate innovation, renovation, and post-award cost improvements from suppliers into processes.
• Drive risk mitigation strategies to ensure supply of commodity materials for all factories.
