NHLS seeks an Executive Manager: Financial and Administrative Services (CFO) to lead the organisation's financial strategy, governance and planning. The role requires strong leadership over budgeting, accounting, treasury, grants and financial reporting across the entity.

The successful candidate will align finance with government initiatives, ensure compliance with PFMA/GRAP, and drive continuous improvement in financial controls. CA(SA) and extensive public-sector experience are essential.

Qualificações

• CA(SA) is required.
• Honours degree in Accounting/Finance/Business/Economics (NQF Level 8) required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and direct the Entity’s financial strategy and implementation.
• Ensure statutory budgetary reporting compliance.
• Prepare, coordinate and analyze financial statements and reports.
• Align finance with business initiatives and objectives.
• Oversee financial governance, internal controls and risk management.
• Manage cashflow, debtors, grants finances and capital expenditure within budget.
• Provide leadership of the Finance Division and drive accountability.
