Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in category management or related fields.
• Experience with data analysis, procurement software, and mining industry knowledge.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, Engineering, Marketing, or Supply Chain; Grade 12 required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to promote the marketing for the product category and define sourcing strategies.
• Formulate pricing strategies to optimize sales and profitability.
• Monitor category performance and KPIs; collaborate with sales, marketing, and supply chain.
• Lead Product Management team and manage vendor relationships.
• Oversee lifecycle management from introduction to end-of-life.
