Job summary

A leading consultancy firm in South Africa is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business objectives and technological solutions. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, extensive experience in business analysis, and exceptional stakeholder management abilities. The ideal candidate will drive business transformation initiatives through effective communication and collaboration across teams. Work visa sponsorship will not be provided.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or a similar role using business analysis tools and techniques.
• High level awareness of a variety of IT software development methods.
• Experience across all stages of the project lifecycle including Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth business process analysis and document AS-IS and TO-BE process models.
• Gather and validate business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops.
• Create detailed functional specifications, user stories, and process flow diagrams.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops between technical teams and business stakeholders.
