Qualifications

  • FAIS Compliant (RE5) mandatory.
  • 2-4 years Credit experience.
  • 3-5 years Relationship Management and Product Knowledge experience.
  • Must not be an unrehabilitated insolvent.
  • Credit record check required per National Credit Act (NCA).

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of high revenue generating clients.
  • Enhance business performance and profitability.
  • Drive customer service delivery goal achievement.
  • Ensure growth and increase in customer base.
  • Define sales strategy and delivery plans.
  • Assess credit applications in accordance with Bank’s Credit Policy.
  • Ensure compliance with legislative and audit requirements.
