A leading organisation in Randburg is seeking an Applications Manager to oversee its enterprise applications landscape and act as the critical link between business, operations and technology teams.

This role combines applications management, stakeholder engagement, business analysis, vendor management, and project delivery. The successful candidate will ensure business systems support organisational objectives while identifying opportunities for process improvement and technology innovation.

Formación

• Degree or Diploma in Information Technology or related field.
• ITIL Foundation certification.
• Business Analysis certification.
• SAP ERP Functional certification.
• Experience with SAP ERP support environments.
• Experience leading ERP implementation or migration projects.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and vendor management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and oversee the enterprise applications landscape.
• Act as the liaison between business stakeholders, leadership teams, and technology providers.
• Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and optimisation.
• Translate business requirements into effective system and process solutions.
• Support application implementations, upgrades, testing, and deployment activities.
• Ensure business applications align with operational and strategic objectives.
• Manage vendors, service providers, contracts, and SLA performance.
• Oversee change management, application governance, and authorisation controls.
• Support end users and drive adoption of enterprise applications.
• Manage application-related budgets and financial planning activities.
• Produce reports, recommendations, and insights for management and leadership teams.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across systems and business processes.
