A logistics and warehouse services provider in Gauteng seeks a skilled Warehouse Administrator to join their team. Responsibilities include processing pick slips, managing stock receipts, and ensuring documentation is accurately filed. The role requires a minimum of Grade 12, 3 years of experience in the warehouse industry, and competencies such as attention to detail and good time management. Candidates with SAP knowledge will have an advantage. The company promotes diversity in hiring, particularly for historically disadvantaged groups.
Receive completed pick slips from relevant warehouse personnel. Data capture correct equipment on database for stock allocation on jobs. Receiving of stock, filing of relevant pick slips after processing, posting of stock receipts in ERP system, Updating of GRV register, assist with stock take during month end, Ad hoc duties as and when required.
Minimum of 3 years of experience within the warehouse industry
