Overview

STORES ASSISTANT (PICKER) Stocking products on shelves, doing inventory, and keeping the store organized.

Responsibilities

• Select merchandise from shelves and prepare items for shipping.
• Ensure work areas are kept clean, neat, and well organized.
• Pack incoming stock, inventory, and report shortages.
• Keep records of incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Pick orders as required.
• Seal and tag containers, confirm order accuracy, and sign pick tickets.
• Ensure correct shipping information is attached and move completed orders to shipping area.
• Place containers on pallets, secure with stretch wrap, shrink wrap, and strapping.
• Load and unload trucks by using jacks and forkliftsplying.
• Supply with OSHA and other safety regulations.
