Equipment / Consumables Management

  • Updating of new locations for equipment transferred
  • Ensure equipment requested is tested before issuing and re-tested when returned.
  • Allocate all new equipment to stores and update Asset register.
  • Recording usage of all consumables
  • Inventory / Equipment accuracy.
  • Recording of all damages and repairs, with person responsible cost and lead time to repair

Equipment Calibration

  • Comply with the calibration standards for various NDT equipment.
  • Ensure all calibration certificates are filed.
  • Ensure calibration plan/schedule is completed correctly.
  • Recording of calibration cost, Monthly, yearly.

Purchasing Management

  • The formalizing of pricing, discounts, and acceptable service levels
  • Procedures for ordering of stock from BBB-EE suppliers
  • Process automation, accurate costing, price, and reporting.
  • Updating of order Book for orders placed by stores

Import and export / courier Management

  • Ensuring Transit meets expectation timeously
  • Ensuring shipment traceability
  • Managing courier cost, policies and operating procedures strategy and determining prices.

Processing of cross border and international documents including pricing, qty and weights and dimensions

Container rental and transportation throughout SA

Management of Stores Operations

  • Transferring of all assets onto Excel Spreadsheet
  • Allocating of all site locations and client information onto the required documents
