In this role, you will oversee all aspects of store and warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in inventory management, customer service, and team leadership.

You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of operational excellence while driving sales and optimizing resource allocation.

Responsibilities
  • Manage store and warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and distribution of products
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for all staff
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity
  • Analyze and manage inventory levels, ensuring optimum stock levels are maintained
  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of store and warehouse staff, driving performance and continual improvement
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align warehouse operations with business goals
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse operations and customer service
Requirements
