Job summary

Sentraal-Suid Co is seeking a motivated Store Salesperson for our Agriland store in Riversdale. The role focuses on driving sales, managing stock, and delivering excellent customer service.

You will handle inventory control, marketing of products, and client relationship management under the Branch Manager’s oversight. Ideal candidates will have Grade 12, bilingual English-Afrikaans, strong negotiation and sales skills, and solid computer literacy.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 / Matric qualification required.
• Bilingual in English and Afrikaans (strong communication skills).
• Strong negotiation and sales capability.
• Inventory and stock control skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Effective planning, organisational, and time-management abilities.
• Computer literacy (MS Office / POS software experience).
• Proactive, sales-driven, accurate, and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable and efficient operations across the assigned product division.
• Monitor inventory levels, manage stock flow, and maintain accuracy in store administration.
• Apply a proactive, marketing-oriented approach to promote products and boost store sales.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service, negotiation, and clear communication.
• Ensure precise data entry, stock tracking, and general administrative task execution using company computer systems.
