The ideal candidate must have at least a Matric qualification and 1-3 years of store management experience in retail. Additional qualifications in business or retail management are preferred.

Qualifications

• Essential: Matric/Grade 12 qualification.
• Desirable: Business and/or Retail Management Diploma.
• Essential: 1 to 3 years experience as a store manager in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure maximum profitability by managing financial indicators aligned to budget.
• Deliver high standards of customer service consistently through continuous improvement.
• Effective people management, development, and alignment in-store to meet staffing needs.
• Drive and manage compliance with all in-store processes.
