Job summary

The FIX Blue Route in Cape Town is seeking a Store Manager to lead the on-site team, drive turnover, manage stock and cost controls, and ensure exceptional customer service. You will implement merchandising standards and recruit, develop, and coach staff to meet targets in a fast-paced retail environment.

• A Matric certificate.
• Minimum 3 years retail experience with a minimum of 1 year store leadership experience.

• Execute in-store merchandising strategy and standards.

• Driving turnover to ensure the achievement of targets
• Controlling expenses
• Managing stock losses to ensure shrinkage is in line with the Company standard
• People management, including recruitment, development of staff, employee relations, performance management
• Executing in-store merchandising strategy and standards
• Ensure customer satisfaction by executing our customer service strategy and fulfilling the demands of our customers
