Job summary

A leading retail company in South Africa is seeking a Store Manager to drive turnover and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have a Matric certificate and at least 3 years of retail experience, including 1 year in a leadership role. Key skills include effective communication, customer service delivery, and strong leadership abilities. Preference will be given to candidates from designated groups in terms of the Employment Equity Act.
