Job summary

A leading retail company in South Africa is looking for a Store Manager to drive sales, manage staff, and enhance customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate must have a Matric certificate and a minimum of 3 years of retail experience, including 1 year in a leadership role. Responsibilities include controlling expenses and executing merchandising strategies. Candidates from designated groups in accordance with the Employment Equity Act will be given preference.
