Job summary

TFG (The Foschini Group) is seeking a Store Leader to drive turnover, manage expenses and lead a team in delivering exceptional customer service within our retail network.

The role requires Matric and at least 3 years of retail experience, including 1 year in a store leadership position. You will lead merchandising, staff development and ensure adherence to company standards to maximise customer satisfaction and sales.

Qualifications

• Matric certificate required.
• Minimum 3 years retail experience with at least 1 year in store leadership.

Responsibilities

• Driving turnover to ensure targets are met.
• Controlling expenses to protect margins.
• Managing stock losses to align shrinkage with company standard.
• People management including recruitment, staff development, employee relations, performance management.
