PURPOSE OF POSITION : Leading a store team to meet business KPIs, including driving sales, controlling costs, mitigating risks and stock loss, managing administration, and ensuring world-class store standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Increase sales by focusing on customer service, maintaining store image, managing stock, and implementing promotions.
2. Minimise stock loss by fostering a healthy store culture and following security measures, stock, and cash handling procedures.
3. Manage costs in line with the company's low-cost culture by driving efficiencies within the store.
4. Ensure administrative duties are completed according to company guidelines.
5. Lead a dynamic team of Dynamos, taking responsibility for team training, coaching, and performance management.
6. Maintain health, safety, and housekeeping standards to ensure a safe and clean store environment.
