Lucky Bread Company is looking for a Store Manager to join our Midstream team.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Restaurant / Store Manager
- Strong interpersonal, communication & problem-solving skills
- Own reliable transport
- Proven ability to lead a team and deliver excellent customer service
- Front & back of house experience essential
- Consistent adherence to company processes, policies, and procedures
- Clear communicator with active listening skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Well-organised with strong time management skills
- Confident working with numbers and basic reporting (Microsoft Office)
Customer Service
- Provide warm, attentive service.
- Proactively handle customer concerns with empathy and find quick, lasting solutions that prioritise satisfaction.
- Ensure all customer feedback—regardless of where it comes from—is resolved within 24 hours.
- Maintain excellent service standards while meeting productivity and operational targets.
Staff Management (Operations)
- Stock takes and monitoring
- Food cost targets are being met
- Forecast and plan for stock needs, including goods, kitchen tools, and cleaning supplies.
- Oversee and coordinate smooth daily operations
- Supervise team.
- Time Management evaluation
- Performance reviews and provide feedback
Budgets
- Monitor budgets and stock control
- Stock takes and monitoring
- Food cost targets are being met
Additional Criteria
- Demonstrated success in managing and developing teams
- Flexibility to work across varying shifts, with rosters adjusted based on operational needs
