Reporting to the Regional Manager: Operations, you’ll take full ownership of a retail store ensuring smooth operations, driving sales performance, and leading a motivated team.
What You Need to Bring
- National Diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting, or a related field
- 5 years of retail sales experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent MS Office competency and familiarity with retail systems
- A track record of meeting sales targets and driving business performance

- Overseeing sales performance and customer experience
- Managing staff scheduling, development, and productivity
- Ensuring efficient stock management, reconciliations, and loss control
- Maintaining operational and administrative systems
