Lead the footwear and apparel store in V&A with a focus on delivering strong sales and KPI performance.
Act as a brand ambassador and foster a positive, energetic store culture.
Manage daily operations, drive customer experience, and develop a high-performing team.
Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
2+ years management experience.
3–4 years retail experience.
Extreme sports knowledge advantageous.
