Overview

As a Store Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading all aspects of store operations, ensuring an exceptional customer experience while driving sales and operational excellence. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, proven retail management experience, and a passion for motivating teams and delivering results. You’ll oversee daily store activities, manage staff performance, and ensure operational and financial targets are met.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing store team to achieve sales and service goals
  • Drive store performance through effective planning, monitoring, and reporting of key metrics
  • Ensure excellent customer service and consistently positive customer experiences
  • Manage stock levels, inventory control, and visual merchandising standards
  • Implement operational policies, procedures, and compliance measures
  • Handle recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations for store staff
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally, maintaining high customer satisfaction
  • Monitor financial performance, including sales, expenses, and profitability
  • Collaborate with regional management to support business initiatives and store growth
Qualifications
