Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 is essential.
• Business and/or Retail Management Diploma is desirable.
• 1 to 3 years experience in a retail environment is essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager to ensure maximum profitability of the store by managing key financial indicators.
• Deliver high standards of customer service consistently, ensuring adherence to customer service principles.
• Ensure effective people management, development and alignment in store to build capacity.
• Drive compliance to all in-store processes, policies, and procedures.
• Present the image and behavior of management that the company aspires.
