The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring revenue targets are met, and delivering exceptional customer service. With at least 4 years of supervisory experience and a 3-year Skin Care diploma, applicants should possess strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Qualifications

  • Previous experience with high-end skin care brands is preferred.
  • Experience with Dermalogica is advantageous.

Job description

Dermalogica is recruiting a driven, organized and experienced store lead to drive sales and Business Objectives and to be a Brand Ambassador in our ______________ Dermalogica Store.

Responsibilities
  • To ensure that sales and treatment revenue targets for the store is met monthly.
  • To ensure that accurate and detailed consultations and Face Mapping is conducted with each new client and ensure all records are updated.
  • Telephonic post treatment and retail follow ups with customers.
  • Manage customer complaints, product returns & ensure the highest level of customer service are adhered to in the store.
  • Manage the POS system
  • Manage the day to day staff, and roster coverage.
  • Assist the concept stores manager with staff assessments and training of new and existing staff.
  • Inventory is managed monthly and recorded
  • Responsible for supporting the smooth running of daily operations in the store,
  • The store is always correctly stocked, cleaned and merchandised effectively. 11. The effective planning of, and participation during in store promotions.
  • Participation in company promotional events e.g. marketing activities, golf days, launches, IDI training and trade shows.
  • Maintain the highest level of personal hygiene and professional appearance at all times
  • Ensure that all tasks and administration are performed according to the Policies and Procedures manual.
  • To be completely familiar with all products, treatments and concepts offered by Dermalogica as well as all policies as outlined in the Policies and Procedures manuals.
  • Maintain product knowledge by attending all Dermalogica classes regularly and to pass regular assessments (theory and practical)
Minimum Requirements
  • 3 year Skin Care diploma
  • 4 years experience in a supervisory role
  • Previous experience with high end skin care brand
  • Dermalogica experience advantageous
  • Microsoft Office proficient
