WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Oversee picking, sorting and packing processes of parcels in stores
  • Track key KPIs at a brand and store level, communicating reporting to Brand Heads of Operations and process managers
  • Conduct in-store site visits to monitor processes on the ground
  • Conduct training sessions with staff to ensure that processes are followed
  • Recommend process improvements to be implemented to brands and stores
  • Highlight performance improvements were identified in the reporting
  • Highlight SLA failures were identified in the reporting and relentlessly push for improvements
  • Provide real‑time support where needed with store staff
  • Document and keep up-to-date SOP’s
  • Conduct investigations into ageing parcels not handed over and escalating these in the correct channels
  • Build a frictionless in-store customer experience, passionately aimed at improving the omni‑channel shopping experience
  • Step in to support additional functions outside of your core responsibilities when business needs require it.
WHO YOU ARE

This job is for you if you have:

  • 2+ years of experience in supply chain coordination, preferably in store operations
  • Online / eCommerce / Omni channel fulfilment experience
  • Must have a valid driver's license and own reliable transport
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong analytical skills to analyse data and make informed decisions, with proven proficiency in excel/ google sheets
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate across different departments
  • Willingness to adapt to changes in the supply chain and proactively seek solutions.
