As the Stock Controller you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that every stock movement is correctly recorded reconciled and accounted for. You will work closely with warehouse teams third-party inspectors and production staff to guarantee seamless operations and reliable reporting. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily packaging and packed stock counts in collaboration with third-party inspectors.
• Reconcile production outputs warehouse receipts and stock transfers.
• Capture all stock movements accurately on SAGE to ensure real-time visibility.
• Investigate and resolve stock variances promptly.
• Conduct random spot checks and cycle counts to maintain accuracy.
• Support inter-branch transfers and ensure stock availability for customer orders.
• Perform month-end reconciliations and report on stock losses or gains.

Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric) qualification.
