Qualifications

• Proven experience in stock or inventory control, preferably in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Track and maintain optimal stock levels for raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
• Record and update all stock movements in ERP / inventory systems.
• Receive, inspect, and verify deliveries against purchase orders.
• Oversee proper storage and handling of sensitive materials.
• Forecast demand and coordinate replenishment.
• Apply FIFO / FEFO systems for quality and compliance.
• Conduct regular stock counts and resolve discrepancies.
• Generate stock and variance reports for management.
• Work closely with production, warehouse, and sales teams.
