Overview
Premium Bets has an exciting opportunity based in Umhlanga, Durban. The successful candidate will be accountable for receiving and issuing F&B branch stock, manage back-of-house stock within the branch, ensure accurate recording of front-of-house stock issued, ensure accurate recording of stock movements for correct stock reporting, and manage storage and storeroom facilities.

Responsibilities
- Ensure internal F&B stock management processes are followed.
- Manage the stock control function for F&B, including scheduling and receiving food and beverage deliveries; maintain back-of-house stock to a good standard; declare wastages and breakages to dispose of expired stock; keep back-of-house stock neatly packaged and stored in appropriate locations.
- Manage back-of-house stock issued to front-of-house via the F&B Supervisor; ensure all stock issued is recorded and signed off; maintain accurate stock requisition registers and reconcile daily.
- Conduct daily stock counts for back-of-house stock; disclose wastages/breakages and record onto GAAP; account for variances and take disciplinary action where appropriate; submit variance reports daily to the F&B branch manager.
- Regularly monitor stock expiry dates and rotate stock to minimize wastage.
- Ensure wastages/breakages are disclosed as per appropriate process and disposed of before service starts.
- Monitor stock levels to anticipate needs; obtain approval from the F&B Branch Manager to place orders and liaise with suppliers to confirm orders have been received; maintain accurate records of orders placed daily.
- Ensure stock received is accounted for as per quality/quantity of the stock order; maintain accurate records of stock deliveries and any anomalies; liaise with suppliers to rectify where appropriate.
- Ensure GRV process is followed to record stock received; ensure stock is packaged and stored properly and in the appropriate location; submit GRV, signed order sheet and supplier delivery note/invoice to the F&B Manager; maintain accurate records of these.
- Facilitate stock transfers between branches in line with the appropriate process to record/issue stock and account for stock movement.
- Ensure stock movement is accurately recorded on GAAP so that stock reporting reflects accurately.
- Stock reporting on back-of-house stock: daily report indicating issued stock, receiving/ordering/GRV of stock, transfer of stock between branches if applicable, and stock disclosures of breakages/wastages.
- Manage the store man/stock clerks; ensure stock control is maintained at all times; manage the portioning of stock into containers.
- Ensure timely submission of daily, weekly, and monthly F&B stock reports.
- Capture stock on the GAAP system.
- Complete voids on POS.
- Attend to customer query and complaints.
- Any Ad hoc duties that might be required.
