Junior Inventory Controller

Introduction

The Junior Inventory Controller supports day-to-day inventory management by ensuring stock records are accurate, movements are properly controlled, and inventory discrepancies are identified and resolved. This role works closely with internal teams to maintain stock availability and support efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure system records remain accurate.
  • Record and control all stock movements, including receipts, issues, and transfers.
  • Investigate stock variances and resolve discrepancies.
  • Assist with physical stock counts and reconciliations.
  • Prepare basic inventory reports and maintain supporting documentation.

Requirements
Education & Experience
