Hyundai Automotive South Africa Pty Ltd is looking for a Stock controller to effectively manage and control inbound & outbound stock internally.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Process capture stock data on system to ensure availability of stock to customers.
  • Check stock levels constantly and order in time to ensure availability of stock to customers / load body builders and carriers.
  • Control and safeguard stock in line with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Count stock constantly, store in correct locations and report losses to minimise wastage.
  • Deliver on agreed performance targets according to set procedures and service level agreements.
  • Ensure stock levels are maintained for availability purposes to be distributed to internal and external customers.
  • Execute work in line with governance and compliance processes.
  • Identify and apply known solutions to operational challenges and escalates unresolved issues.
  • Record and report on work activities to provide timely and accurate information for decision making in the area of accountability.
  • Execute work activities effectively and efficiently to maximise efficiencies and reduce unnecessary delays in achieving stock distribution goals.
  • Deliver services and / or products that create a culture aimed at meeting or exceeding customers' expectations in the business.
  • Deliver work activities effectively to satisfy customers.

Experience & Requirements
  • Matric / Grade12 Certificate / Diploma in Inventory Management or Supply Chain.
  • 1‑2 years' experience in a similar environment.
