Duties
- Team Management - IR, HR, Planning, organizing, leading, controlling, delegation, conflict resolution, decision making, coaching, Payroll.
- Safety, Risk, Security - Manage all related functions relating to these areas, reduce and minimize risk.
- Distribution and Asset management Inventory & asset audits, warehousing and storage, order processing, transportation and delivery, damages, and fault resolutions.
- Onsite IT and systems management Overseeing IT infrastructure - including hardware, software, and networks - ensure it operates efficiently and effectively supports business goals.
- Export Management - developing logistics improvement strategies, navigating trade regulations and customs, coordinating logistics and shipments, building relationships with international partners and service providers, and providing after-sales customer service.
- Returns and reverse logistics management manages the flow of goods from customer back to respective sites, for purposes such as returns due to complaints, replacements, recycling, and disposal.
- Archive and Record management - organizing, preserving, and providing access to records and documents.
- Logistics Reports, reconciliation, and Financial Payments Report generation, submission, analysis, escalations, payment scheduling.
