REGULATORY & STEWARDSHIP MANAGER

This position will manage the regulatory activities for Andermatt Madumbi and create a flow between Andermatt Madumbi, the industry and government bodies in South and Southern Africa. Location: Centurion.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing the Regulatory function in the development and implementation of regulatory strategies required to obtain, maintain, and defend Andermatt Madumbi's innovative product registrations for South Africa.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements for the Andermatt Madumbi Crop Health Portfolio.
• Secure Andermatt Madumbi's competitive edge through top quality submissions and handling regulatory matters in an ethical, trustworthy manner in cooperation with authorities.
• Build a trustworthy and transparent collaboration between Regulatory Authorities.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure compliance to product use and provide guidance to Commercial Teams.
• Monitor global and local developments related to the regulatory environment.
• Provide regulatory support to the global team.

Requirements

• Proactive organisational skills and project management experience.
• High attention to detail whilst maintaining the Portfolio overview.
• Team player with a high degree of problem solving and 'out the box' thinking.
• Proven experience in regulatory or registration work in the Crop Health or Life Sciences environment.
• Excellent Afrikaans and English language skills (written and verbal).
• Proven communication, negotiation, influencing and analytical capabilities.
• Scientific degree in Agriculture, Biology or Chemistry (Bachelor, Master, or PhD).

Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
