We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Staff Fullstack Engineer to help advance AI-powered collaboration tools within a leading engineering team.

In this role, you'll shape the future of AI chat experiences by integrating cutting‑edge technologies like Google Vertex AI and large language models, while building scalable, high‑performance systems using Python, Ruby on Rails, and Vue.js.

You'll work closely with cross‑functional teams to design and deliver innovative features that redefine developer workflows.

Accountabilities

Design, build, and maintain high‑quality, scalable features and improvements using Python, Vue.js, and Ruby on Rails

Collaborate with product management, UX, and backend teams to deliver impactful solutions in a fast‑paced, iterative environment

Integrate AI and LLM technologies to expand and refine the platform's conversational and automation capabilities

Contribute to system optimization, ensuring code performance, security, and maintainability

Participate in code reviews, advocate for best practices, and identify opportunities to reduce technical debt

Support production operations, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining service reliability across distributed systems

Drive technical excellence through mentorship, architectural discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

Extensive full‑stack engineering experience with a focus on Python and frontend development using Vue.js or similar frameworks

Proven understanding of GraphQL, RSpec, and web application testing frameworks

Experience diagnosing and optimizing performance across both frontend and backend layers
