Duties & Responsibilities

• Wound management
• Assessment of patients prior to consulting with GP
• Drawing of blood on adults and children
• Professional communication with families and the patient
• Completion of patient records and medical aid administration
• Assisting receptionist with answering of phones, filing and prioritising emergencies
• Maintaining and ordering of stock
• Administering medication (setting up IV lines, IMI injections)Preparing and assisting GP with minor theatre procedures

Desired Experience & Qualification

Grade 12 Diploma or Degree in nursing

Registered with SANCPC proficient

Read, write and speak Afrikaans and English

Minimum 5 years experience in clinical environment

Package & Remuneration

R per month

Working hours

• 2 x Half days (8h00 to 13h00) and 3 x full days (8h00 to 18h00)
• Every second Saturday 08h h00
