Overview

At Webfleet Solutions we are looking to welcome a Sales Representative with a proven Sales record and more than 2 years experience in the Vehicle telematics / Fleet management industry to accelerate South African sales and continue our growth strategy.

Responsibilities
  • Plan sales activities (calls, meetings, proposals, negotiations).
  • Report all leads, opportunities and activities in our CRM promptly.
  • Stay aware of market trends, embrace change and stay outside comfort zone.
  • Continuously review competition and define positioning.
  • Achieve sales targets in your territory through direct activity.
  • Report territory plan, sales activities, conversion rates, accurate forecasting.
  • Continuously update CRM with new leads and opportunity management.
  • Engage with ambition to grow with Webfleet Solutions and build high‑performing partner ecosystem.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years experience in vehicle telematics / fleet management industry.
  • Entrepreneurial skill set with sales hunter mindset, minimum 3 years solid track record achieving sales growth in IT, mobility, communications or software industry.
  • Always prospecting for new customers.
  • Long‑term perspective on developing the market is a must.
  • Strategic planning skills and ability to define and implement direct sales plans.
  • Strong understanding of the South African B2B market.
  • Strong existing network of customers, partners, connectors and facilitators in your area.
  • Exceptional networking, prospecting, referral maximization skills.
  • Positive, optimistic, energetic, hands‑on attitude.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills.
  • Digital savvy, research habits and market expertise.
  • Fluent English with strong presentation, writing and storytelling skills.
