We are seeking an experienced and influential Senior Program Manager to spearhead Amazon’s strategic initiatives under the Broad-based Black Economic Empowerment Act (B-BBEE). This pivotal role demands strategic acumen, problem-solving prowess, and a knack for developing value-driven strategies.

As a Senior Program Manager you’ll chart the course for our program vision and roadmap, delving into Amazon’s processes to identify areas for improvement. Your responsibilities will span from crafting frameworks and self-service tools to leading in-person development sessions and providing tailored consultation as needed. You’ll keep a finger on the pulse of progress, communicating outcomes to senior leadership and adjusting strategies as necessary.

This role calls for a blend of analytical rigor, stakeholder engagement, and leadership finesse. You’ll collaborate closely with internal and external partners, rallying alignment around common goals and gathering valuable insights. Additionally you’ll define and track key performance indicators (KPIs), leveraging data to drive informed decision-making and course correction.
