Network Finance is seeking a technically skilled professional to contribute to the development, maintenance, and support of database-driven web applications and operational systems. The role combines SQL development, web app development, troubleshooting, data management, and site implementations, offering exposure across tech disciplines.

You will partner with Software Development, Site Support, and business teams to keep applications stable, secure and aligned with requirements.

Competenze

• Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification.
• 3–5 years' experience in SQL development, database support, web development, application support or related role.
• Experience developing and supporting database-driven web applications.
• Experience in operational or business-critical environments.

Mansioni

• Develop, maintain, test, and troubleshoot web applications and browser-based interfaces.
• Design, develop, and maintain SQL Server database functionality to support business applications.
• Create and troubleshoot SQL queries, stored procedures, views, functions, and scripts.
• Maintain and optimise databases for performance, reliability, and security.
• Perform integration testing and validate changes before deployment.
• Assist with data migrations during upgrades and new site implementations.
• Manage database security, access control, backups, and maintenance.
• Provide first-line application and technical support to users.
• Investigate and resolve system, application, performance, and database issues.
• Create custom reports to support business data needs.
• Assist with stock investigations, data analysis, and reconciliation.
