Placements24 is seeking a dynamic Sports Coach for Pietermaritzburg to develop and implement training programs that boost athletic performance and teamwork within a vibrant KwaZulu-Natal sporting community.

You will design sessions, create training plans, monitor progress, ensure safety, organise local leagues and collaborate with parents and staff to support athlete development.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sports Coach or in a similar athletic development role.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and motivational skills.
• Background check and first aid/ CPR certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive training plans, including drills, conditioning exercises, and tactical strategies.
