A cruise entertainment company seeks a dynamic individual to engage Guests in sports activities. The role includes planning, promoting, and managing sports events, ensuring Guest satisfaction and safety protocols. Ideal for those passionate about entertainment and social interaction. Responsibilities

  • Involves Guests in sport activities and tournaments to foster socialization.
  • Organizes sport activity planning to meet Guests expectations.
  • Responsible for sport equipment and provides inventory list.
  • Welcomes Guests and promotes sport activities.
  • Manages Guests complaints efficiently.
  • Collaborates with the Animation team in daily activities.
  • Assists at the 'Rope Garden Park' when trained.
  • Follows safety policies and Covid-19 protocols.
Job description
Responsibilities


  • Involves Guests (adults, teens, children) in sport activities and tournaments according to the different ages to entertain and create interaction between participants fostering socialization and removing language barriers (organizing public and private lessons).

  • Organizes the sport activity planning to meet Guests expectations and needs and shares it with the Chief Adult Animator for approval.

  • Is fully responsible for sport equipment and provides inventory list to the Chief Adult Animator in order to guarantee restocking.

  • Welcomes Guests when embarking and keeps in contact with them to promote the sport activities.

  • Manages Guests complaints taking direct action or addressing them to the Chief Adult Animator or the involved department to provide a fast and effective solution.

  • Collaborates with the Animation team in daily and evening activities (preferably not except late night) as part of the group.

  • Collaborates with other departments when needed and in accordance with Entertainment working schedule to increase revenue.

  • Manages and gives assistance at the "Rope Garden Park" where present, upon receiving a specific training.

  • Takes active part in a work environment that supports a successful safety culture. Is a dynamic contributor in following safety policy and procedures.

  • Follows the instructions received as per protocol applied on Covid-19 spread prevention rules.

  • Supports an effective health and safety culture proactively informing Guests on any infringement or missing application of procedures and reporting to the Head of Department the critical situation.

  • Maintains a high responsible approach applying social distancing rules also during non-working activities.

  • Supports the new organization of the onboard activity performing tasks enhancing health standards (i.e., temperature screening, sanitization of the working place, instructions to passengers).
