• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in specialized industrial deep cleaning.
• Demonstrated experience with high-pressure washing, chemical cleaning, and industrial equipment operation.
• In-depth knowledge of industrial cleaning chemicals, their applications, and safety precautions.
• Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations (e.g., COSHH, confined space entry).
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and safety data sheets.

Responsibilities

• Perform specialized deep cleaning tasks in industrial plants, including degreasing, descaling, and high-pressure washing.
• Safely operate and maintain advanced industrial cleaning equipment, such as pressure washers, steam cleaners, and vacuum systems.
• Apply specialized cleaning chemicals and solutions according to safety data sheets (SDS) and procedural guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with all occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations during cleaning operations in East London.
• Conduct thorough site inspections to identify areas requiring deep cleaning and assess potential hazards.
• Manage the setup and breakdown of cleaning equipment and containment areas.
• Properly handle and dispose of industrial waste and hazardous materials resulting from cleaning processes.
• Work collaboratively with plant operations teams to schedule and execute cleaning activities with minimal disruption.
• Maintain accurate logs of cleaning activities, chemical usage, and safety checks.
