In this role, you'll design and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract senior and specialist talent across the enterprise, enabling proactive pipelining and supporting business transformation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition specialists to deliver expert candidate identification and attraction.
  • Develop and execute tailored sourcing strategies using labour market insights.
  • Build robust talent pipelines ahead of demand for critical roles.
  • Promote the employer brand and employee value proposition.
  • Leverage data, digital tools, and diversity principles in sourcing practices.

  • Collaborate in agile teams to support strategic talent acquisition projects.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant labour and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications

  • Specialist Talent Sourcing certification (e.g., AIRS, CPSP) preferred.
