Job Summary

CIB Global Markets ARO Team is currently looking for a Markets Specialist Subject Matter Expert.

Responsibilities
  • Review and analyze problems faced by Markets / Treasury business and product owners.
  • Propose solutions to fully address the business requirements for optimization.
  • Assist manager to: coordinate & monitor ARO Front Arena (AFA) related strategic investment change; coordinate new and amend product operation design ensuring efficient trade capture and post trade processing; identify and initiate process efficiency initiatives; act as interface between tech and in-country teams for all AFA change requests; prioritize AFA development with business & infrastructure teams; provide in-country AFA and product support/training to front office.
  • Key accountabilities: project establishment initiation activities; develop hypotheses, ensure documentation, facilitate workshops; business requirements activities: analyze "as is", conduct needs analysis, root cause analysis; solution analysis and documentation: design "to be" architectures, feasibility analysis, interface identification, functional requirements; assessment and validation of solutions: coordinate UAT.
Qualifications
  • Relevant tertiary qualification (Diploma in Business Analysis, B, BSc Computer Science).
  • 3-5 years working experience.
  • Experience in process re-engineering.
  • Investment banking product knowledge.
  • Business planning & design, operational understanding, industry-standard methodologies.
  • Knowledge of bank products, services, policies.
Education

Bachelor's Degrees and Advanced Diplomas: Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required).
