Job Title: Specialist : Sales Admin Report Line : Sales Operations Manager Department : Sales Administration Location : Allens Nek, Roodepoort Job Type : Permanent Reference : LifeWise seeks to employ a Specialist : Sales Admin to support the activities of the Sales Operations team in providing high-quality service to stakeholders, and to perform Sales Administration functions to support the field sales teams and management to achieve new business standards.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Ordering, distribution and administration of tablets used by Independent Contractors (ICs) to make sales and tablets issued to FSMs.
- Supporting motor vehicle acquisition, wrapping, tracking, administration (including fines) and disposal.
- Coordinating event equipment acquisition, monitoring and disposal.
- Administering insurance cover arrangements and claims for vehicles and other assets.
- Uniform and promo item management, including issuing items and maintaining stock levels.
- Monitoring of and reporting on items listed above, including motor vehicle repairs, fines and licenses.
- IC commission and bridging allowance calculations.
- Preparation of a variety of sales reports on a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
- Administration of field sales probation forms and PIP alerts to management.
- Coordination and record keeping of business checklists and related documents.
- Managing the sales management structure and campaign codes on the policy administration system.
- Preparing weekly and monthly sales manager tracking forms.
- Administration of business WhatsApp groups.
- Maintaining the list, and saving the latest copies, of company Standard Operating Procedures.
- Performing fixed asset verification.
- Acting as backup for the Coordinator : Independent Contractor Administration.
- Assisting with general office administration, projects and other tasks as required.
Qualifications & Experience
- Applicable business degree or diploma.
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience preferably in sales administration and / or operations (insurance industry experience advantageous).
Skills & Competencies
- Computer literate with expert knowledge of MS Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in English.
- Numeracy and ability to perform complex calculations accurately.
