Job Description
Provide support and perform specific tasks for the data centre to ensure the continuity and availability of its services effectively and efficiently. Act as an autonomous subject matter expert in data centre operations, optimising daily functions to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

Demonstrated experience in a data centre with specific experience within operations management. 5-7 years of experience in data centre operations, IT support, or a similar role. Strong and demonstrable process management experience in a live operational environment.
