The successful candidate will assist in drafting and negotiating contracts, conduct legal research, and manage the company's intellectual property portfolio. The specialist legal advisor will provide support within the Legal Affairs team by assisting in the drafting, review, and negotiation of legal documents, conducting legal research, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations across a range of commercial, corporate, and intellectual property (IP) matters within a fast‑paced telecommunications environment. The role involves supporting senior members of the legal team with transactions, contract drafting and negotiation, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and protection of the company\'s intellectual property assets. The incumbent will develop a broad understanding of the business, applying sound legal judgement and a solutions‑oriented approach to support strategic and operational objectives.
The role offers a strong foundation for progression within the Legal Affairs team, providing exposure to complex commercial transactions and cross‑functional business collaboration.
