A leading automotive manufacturer in Durban is seeking an Organizational Development Specialist to evaluate and redesign organizational structures. Responsibilities include supporting groups with design initiatives, analyzing current business structures, and contributing to change management. Candidates should have an NQF 6 qualification in Industrial Psychology or Human Resource, with 3-5 years of relevant experience. The role requires strong communication and project management skills.
To compare / evaluate organisational structures, by benchmarking and then design for TSAM an agile structure that enables and drive competitiveness. Provide a range of internal consultation services to the various Groups, directed at improving business results through organization design, development, and effectiveness initiatives.
