A Public Wellness Service Provider in Pretoria is seeking a qualified professional in Employee Wellness Services. The role requires an undergraduate qualification in Social Work and 3 years of relevant experience. Candidates should have strong knowledge of HR policies and the Public Service Act, along with the ability to provide psychosocial support and manage wellness programmes. This position offers an opportunity to contribute significantly to employee wellbeing services in the public sector.
Candidates should hold an undergraduate qualification (NQF Level 7) in Social Work or a related field, as recognized by SAQA; be registered with a Professional Body; and have computer literacy and a valid driver's license, which should be indicated on the CV.
3 years of experience in Employee Wellness Services.
A Postgraduate degree in Clinical Psychology will be an added advantage.
Knowledge of the Public Service Act and Regulations; Knowledge of relevant HR Policies; Knowledge of Employee Health and Wellness Strategic Framework for Public Service (e.g., EHW, HIV/TB/STI) and Treasury Regulations; Knowledge of Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), PAIA, PAJA; Knowledge of SASSA Act and Social Assistance Act.
