Our Hillside Aluminium smelter in Richards Bay produces high-quality, primary aluminium for the domestic and export markets.

This role is a permanent full-time position.
As a Specialist Business Improvement, you will be responsible for Continuous Improvement and the ability to drive change. Utilizes the appropriate Lean, Six Sigma and Change Management methodologies to define, drive and deliver the operational excellence strategy.
