This is a full-time, on-site role located in Johannesburg, South Africa, for a Specialized Recruiter at amplify5.
The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting top-tier candidates to fulfill business needs.
Daily tasks include developing and implementing recruitment strategies, managing the candidate pipeline, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to align recruitment efforts with company goals.
The recruiter will also play a key role in onboarding processes and ensuring a seamless candidate and client experience.
Proven experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Candidate Sourcing
Skills in Screening, Interviewing, and Building candidate relationships
Proficiency in utilizing ATS systems and recruitment tools
Strong communication, networking, and negotiation abilities
Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and cross-functional teams
Familiarity with employment laws and compliance requirements
Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience with outsourcing or international recruitment is an advantage
