Overview
The Special Projects Administrator will be responsible for providing a wide range of administrative, project, and transactional support for SunBet’s special projects and retail teams, ensuring a seamless and consistent delivery to all clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and launch retail betting shops, including site compliance notices and preparation for regulatory audits and inspections.
- Manage logistics and agreements with service providers such as property management companies for promotional activations.
- Coordinate internal audit activities with site retail operators to assess compliance with Gaming Board regulatory requirements.
- Collect and analyze retail data for cash players, compile trend analysis for management.
- Provide input into remedial actions based on customer data and compliance results.
- Monitor retail outlets, equipment, and resources and report issues related to network connectivity, roaming, and SIM card.
- Monitor marketing collateral in retail outlets to ensure alignment with SunBet brand and CI.
- Utilize knowledge of sports betting products, services, and industry trends to address customer questions, concerns, and complaints.
- Compile and distribute on-site activation schedules for promoters attending various promotion venues.
- Roster and schedule mobile promoter teams for activations and ensure coverage per shift.
- Communicate with stakeholders, clients, and visitors around activation requirements and plan logistics (floor access, refreshments, etc.).
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues on online betting platforms, mobile apps, and digital tools, escalating to appropriate teams if necessary.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions to improve customer service processes.
Qualifications
Education: 3‑Year Diploma/degree in Business Management, Compliance, or Project Management.
Experience: 1–2 years of project coordination, audit, or business administration.
Skills & Knowledge:

- Managing customer & stakeholder relationships.
- Influencing & asserting, managing risks, following instructions.
- Measuring results, integrating (consulting, collaborating, resolving conflicts).
- Interest and knowledge in sports betting, project coordination, and clerical administration.
- Computer literacy (MS Office).
- English verbal and written communication.
- Knowledge of sporting betting and gaming play management system.
- Knowledge of roaming networks and SIM control.
- Demonstrating integrity and equity.
